What is Shredded & Strong?
Shredded and Strong combines the use of your own body weight and the use of dumbbells to help build your strength, help you get shredded and be as strong as possible!! It also helps build a strong mindset, structure and focus on nutrition to help hit those goals!
What does a Shredded & Strong Workout look like?
It is all laid out on our members portal, with a speedy warm up to ensure the body is ready to go, then you get to chose from either a strength workout, a HIIT workout, an AMRAP workout, a EMOM workout, a challenge workout or a mobility one.
Most of these workouts can be done within 20-30 minutes to ensure you hit your daily exercise target but not have to spend hours doing it.
How much does it cost?
We have three different subscriptions available, £25 a month rolling contract, £65 every 3 months or £125 for 6 months rolling contract.
What Equipment do I need?
The great thing about Shredded & Strong is that some workouts only require you! But predominately you will need a good set of dumbbells, a workout mat and a big ball of motivation to get Shredded & Strong!
Is Shredded & Strong for beginners?
Yes, totally! We have uploaded beginner strength workouts onto the members portal to help improve technique and overall strength before moving onto the more intermediate workouts. Every other workout you can do at your own pace, meaning you can rest whenever you need too.
How many workouts are uploaded each month?
Each month we would be looking at adding a min. of 10 workouts a month to the portal but this could be closer to 15-20 workouts each month.
Does Shredded & Strong cover nutrition?
We believe that nutrition will play a big part in your journey, so within the welcome booklet we have mapped out a couple of sample nutritional plans to help you along the way.
